Swearing and Declaring

Occasionally you may be asked to provide an Affidavit, an Oath, or a Statutory Decleration to someone. The circumstances are too numerous to list, but can include:

  • being an executor to a Will;
  • making a confirmation to a new employer;
  • engaging the tenant deposit return process;
  • being personal guarantor to a commercial lease;
  • etc

These documents can only be properly executed by a solicitor or Commissioner for Oaths.

(Please note however that this is a seperate exercise from certifying copies of documents, or confirming your identity for others.)

Please feel free to contact us, and we can book an appointment for all documents to be executed. We will let you know in advance the set fee.
